Over the past few years, LPG industry has been growing exponentially in Tanzania, but there is limited availability of LPG professionals. Given the sensitivity nature of LPG industry in terms of safety to people, environment and economy, there is a need therefore, to facilitate development of competent personnel involved in the LPG operations. As a result, therefore, Capacity Building being one of the roles of TZLPGA as outlined above, the Association intends to identify potential fresh graduates for internship program in LPG operations to create a pool of readily available competent personnel in the LPG industry.
