LPG Day June 7th was celebrated by performing simple research at Temeke Stereo Market about circulating myth amongst the society that the food cooked by LPG taste differently compared to the food cooked by charcoal or firewood.
Both recipes were conducted under controlled ingredients to keep consistency.
The audience was invited to taste both food and noticed no differences.

The results observed was that, cooking with LPG is cheaper, convenient, less polluting, and consumed little water compared to cooking with Charcoal.
Opinions from the audience was that, the society should be willing to adopt and learn modern cooking methods such as LPG which is healthier and environmentally friendly.
