TZLPGA in collaboration with Mwananchi Communications Ltd (MCL) and Association of Tanzania Oil and Gas Services Providers (ATOGS) conducted Energy Connect Conference & Exhibition under the theme ” Clean Cooking, Green Energy: Synergy for Innovations in Sustainable Energy” that was held at Johari Rotana Hotel in Dar Es Salaam from 16-18th October 2024.
The conference mainly centered to support government’s strategic 10 years plan to shift at least 80% of Tanzanians to clean energy use by 2034 and addressing opportunities and challenges encounter LPG industry in Tanzania.
Also, TZLPGA in collaboration with World Liquid Gas Association (WLGA) launched Women in LPG (WINLPG) Tanzania Chapter, an initiative which intends to uplift women on engagement in LPG industry in Tanzania.
